b.) Suck your cheeks in. If you perform this routine in front of a mirror, you will look like you are doing a “fish face”. Hold that position for ten counts. Release and then relax your face. Repeat this routine for five times and perform it twice per day.

c.) While looking straight ahead, open your eyes as wide as you can. Next, start looking upwards, but without moving or tilting your head. Maintain that position for ten seconds. Release, close your eyes and relax. This routine is helpful in terms of how to get rid of under eye bags.

d.) Slide your lower lip towards your upper lip to cover it. Stretch your bottom lip as you imagine trying to reach the tip of your nose with it. Reach as far up as you can go and hold that position for at least ten counts. This is a great chin exercise that can help you deal with jowls and double chin. Perform this routine for five times twice a day.
